HF board jointing machine adopt vertical press and side press with crawler type feeding table,
suitable for integrated board, furniture board jointing, no need to put wood strip for isolation while
jointing small size boards.
1. Stress remove, HF technology can remove timber inner stress, ensure finished product won’t out of shape.
2. High efficiency, glue can be solidified in 2-3 minutes, ensures the shortest press times and fully hardened
joints as soon as they are removed, production output 5-10% more than other jointing machine.
3. Perfect surface quality, machine with top and side press, product with great planeness after jointing.

1. Heavy duty machine frame is 1/3 heavier than others with strong support, finished product with great
planeness after press.
2. Two hydraulic pumps control pressure output smoothly, protect timber surface and oil cylinder from
damaging by overpressure.
3. Machine is adopted with pressure sensor. Hydraulic pressure can be adjusted on touch screen easily.
4. Machine with Aluminum alloy plate connect, maximum avoid electromagnetic radiation
5. Upper pressing unit adopt with micro move system ensure further side are under enough pressure,
achieve the best jointing effect.
6. Upper pressing unit is adapted with Synchronize system and guide system, ensure perfect vertical
pressing and longer term use of oil cylinder
7. Upper pressing unit with fast glue cleaning system, shorten glue cleaning time upto 50%, everyday
8. Machine with Auto side push device, avoid product sticking on upper pressing unit after press
Machine table feeding system is adopted giant circle structure, ensure table with smooth feeding
and durable working.
