This plane board jointing machine is the updated version of high frequency board jointing machine, with upper plate adopts vertical lifting and installs the synchronous system, so as to achieving higher planeness, saving 0.3mm plane thickness .

Natural gypsum generally includes dihydrate gypsum and anhydrous gypsum. In order to get the
valuable materials, generally, we get semi-hydrated gypsum through heating the dihydrate gypsum. CaSO4·2H2O heating CaSO4·1/2H2O+3/2 H2O↑
Working principle of fluidized furnace: the main frame of fluidized furnace consists many radiator
oil pipelines which with small diameter. And heat transfer fluids will be fed into the pipelines, the heat will
be transferred to inside of the furnace and connect with gypsum powder. Meanwhile, the air produced by
ROOTS fan which installed at the bottom of the furnace and steam produce when gypsum powder dehydrated
makes the powder like boiling status.
