The GHTM series sleeper adopts a double body structure, which can minimize the deformation of the machine tool caused by the weight of the workpiece pressed on the precision linear axis, and thereby isolate the effects of mechanical vibration and temperature changes. At the same time, the double body structure makes chip removal more convenient and simple. The first bed is used to support the column and realize the movement of X, Y and Z axes. The uprights have rams that allow for shorter tooling in tighter sections. At the same time, the ram is equipped with an automatic attachment head changing system to support multi-process machining. A variety of functions are available, including: Milling, Turning, Drilling, Grinding, Precision Grinding and Rolling, to name a few. The second bed supports heavy workpieces and has two hardened rails for tailstock and center support movement. The slope structure between the two guide rails makes the chips very easy to slide off. All products adopt modular design, and for different types of materials, different types of processing can be completed in one loading. On one side is a newly developed floor milling machine and on the other a heavy duty lathe, both controlled by a Siemens controller.
