-Equipped with ‘DELTA’ PLC system and HMI controlled with touch screen, assure a simple and steady operation.

-Equipped with Korean pneumatic device, ensures all-weather adaptability under different temperature conditions.

-Banding of edges up to 3 mm in thickness

-Double layers edge feeding table, which protects the sealing edge by reducing the heat from the glue melting box.

-Available with a board pre-heating device, which ensures a better glue joint effect especially in low working temperature environment.

-Equipped with American ‘Parker’ End-trimming unit, assure precise end trimming and perfect results.

-Rough and Profile trimming units are individually controlled by Italy ‘Teknomotor’high speed motors and micrometric adjustment with Germen “SIKO” numerical digital read-out.

-Optional high speed pre milling device for a better edging effect. (two motors are individually controlled by frequency converter, with two diamond saws, sawing height:60mm)
