\"The shaft machine is done in 24 hours with the DMU 340, providing an extra 24 hours for the processing of additional parts,\" said Chris Edwards, president of Weber . \".
With the massive 3 of DMU 340, the scope of work that companies can do is expected to expand. 4-
The meter-diameter table can easily handle blocks weighing 44,000 pounds.

The remaining $8 million will be used for the reactor.
Weber is the only company in the world that uses the NVD process.
Buying new reactors will double their production capacity.
\"NVD is able to produce shapes in 99.
For molds or complex nickel parts, 98 cents of pure nickel has high precision, \"Edwards said.
\"Tools manufactured using NVD nickel shells offer many flexible design options and key advantages that are not available for any other tool manufacturing.
\"The increasingly competitive market has brought huge spending.
\"The delivery time of the mold is getting shorter and shorter,\" Edwards said . \".
\"This expenditure is really a customer --driven.
We have to respond to the needs of our customers and provide a faster delivery time.
