Samsung ships 20,000 milling machines to its Vietnam factory

Recently, it was reported that in order to improve the smartphone business and to enable the Samsung Galaxy S6 to better meet market challenges, Samsung shipped nearly 20,000 metal milling machines to its Vietnam factory to help produce the Galaxy S6 aluminum alloy case. Samsung's smartphone business is often described as the brightest jewel in the company's crown. Samsung's smartphone business accounted for more than 75% of the company's total operating profit in the first quarter of 2014, the peak of its smartphone business. But Samsung's smartphone business has since declined, with profits down 42 percent last year. Recently, it was reported that in order to improve the smartphone business and to enable the Samsung Galaxy S6 to better meet market challenges, Samsung shipped nearly 20,000 metal milling machines to its Vietnam factory to help produce the Galaxy S6 aluminum alloy case. Samsung executives expressed a positive outlook for Galaxy S6 sales.
