It does not meet the requirements of my country's mandatory safety technical specifications. Among these spark machines, 4 FORM300 models are not equipped with a smoke collection device, and 3 FORM400 models are equipped with a suction nozzle, but the end is not connected to a pipe, which cannot discharge oil fumes, but is placed on the equipment at will. The top does not meet the technical requirements for the safety protection of EDM machine tools, because the EDM machine produces harmful gas, oil mist, smoke, etc. during the processing process, and an exhaust interface must be set on the machine tool, otherwise the operator may inhale harmful oil mist and cause damage. Risk of health hazard. In response to the problems existing in this batch of equipment, Shenzhen Inspection and Quarantine Bureau determined that these equipments were unqualified, and required enterprises to carry out technical treatment in accordance with the requirements of the standard. The enterprise agreed with the inspection results, formulated a rectification plan in accordance with the standard requirements, and posted the safety data sheet in a conspicuous position.
