This series of machine tools has eight models, equipped with pallets of different sizes to adapt to the carrying capacity of 1.5 tons to 40 tons. The machine has extra wide guide rails to improve surface finish and enhance machine rigidity and shock resistance. The machine tool spindle has a four-speed gearbox, a continuous cutting torque of 3600 N.m and a continuous cutting power of 80 kilowatts. The CNC tool post system supports the use of ITS type boring tools or flat rotary discs made by BW. Multiple cutting inserts can be integrated. The rack-type tool magazine has a capacity of up to 570, automatic tool change and automatic pallet exchange, which effectively reduces the processing waiting time. Automatic integration of jet drills, static turning tools and deep hole boring tools with CNC infeed. German BW doubles the processing efficiency of oil and gas valve bodies.
