by:Gewinn     2022-05-15
The June machine tool orders (initial value) announced by the Japan Machine Tool Industry Association on the 11th were 128.3 billion yen (about 10.27 billion yuan), an increase of 53.5% over the same period of the previous year, and year-on-year growth for 19 consecutive months. According to China (Aoli) Machine Tool Network, the order volume has basically recovered to the level of June 2008 (128.4 billion yen) before the global financial crisis. Due to the increase in orders from emerging market countries such as Asia, coupled with the demand for reconstruction after the earthquake, the order volume has been driven. Orders continued to maintain a good growth trend. Domestic orders increased by 42.6% year-on-year to 41.6 billion yen; external orders increased by 59% year-on-year to 86.6 billion yen, a record high in a single month.
