Japan's October machine tool orders were revised down to a 40% year-on-year decline

The Japan Machine Tool Industry Association announced that Japan's machine tool orders in October were revised down by 40% year-on-year, of which domestic machine tool orders were revised down by 42.1% year-on-year, and overseas machine tool orders were revised down by 38.2% year-on-year. Comprehensive foreign news reported on November 13th, data released by the Japan Machine Tool Builders' Association on the 13th showed that Japan's October machine tool orders were revised to a 40% year-on-year decrease, and the initial value was a 40.4% year-on-year decrease. Japan's domestic machine tool orders in October were revised to a year-on-year decline of 42.1%, while overseas machine tool orders were revised to a year-on-year decline of 38.2% in the same period.
