Japan's September machine tool orders rose 20.3% year-on-year

The preliminary report of the Japan Machine Tool Industry Association showed that Japan's machine tool orders in September rose 20.3% year-on-year and 11.9% month-on-month to 110.679 billion yen, of which domestic orders rose 31.8% year-on-year and foreign orders rose 15.5% year-on-year. Japan Machine Tool Builders' Association (Japan Machine Tool Builders' Association) preliminary report released on October 12 showed that Japan's machine tool orders in September rose 20.3% year-on-year and 11.9% month-on-month to 110.679 billion yen. Among them, domestic machine tool orders rose 31.8% year-on-year and fell 4.9% month-on-month to 35.738 billion yen; foreign orders rose 15.5% year-on-year and 22.1% month-on-month to 74.941 billion yen.
